
breakfast should be another savory way to eat your veggies, and a vehicle for hot sauce. we roast a bunch of mushrooms in advance (the Trader Joe ones are great). The night before, we set the rice cooker to cook oatmeal. add miso, a jammy egg, and lots of hot sauce, scallions, some spinach (which will quickly wilt below the hot oats)
